This unique residence is located within the historic Castle of Quercegrossa, in the heart of Chianti, just a short drive from Siena. The apartment enjoys a double entrance: one through a magnificent arched gateway from the private garden, and another from the charming village street.

The residence is part of an exclusive condominium of only nine units, which share exceptional amenities: a panoramic infinity pool with breathtaking views over the Chianti hills, a clubhouse with gym and sauna, a spectacular pergola, and a dedicated recreation and picnic area.

The true strengths of this property are its uninterrupted views of the Chianti vineyards, the exclusive shared facilities, and its prime location, nestled in a lively village with restaurants and shops, while being just minutes from Siena.
